LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective: September 29, 2026
These Terms govern use of the public Kyravon website at kyravonai.com. Paid services and client implementations are governed by the separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other contract accepted for that engagement.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Kyravon's automation, AI-enabled customer response, workflow, integration, consulting, and related business technology services. Website content is informational and may be changed, expanded, or removed over time.
3. Assessments, inquiries, and proposals
Submitting an automation assessment request or other inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, reserve capacity, establish a final price, or obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement.
Kyravon may use information you provide to understand your needs and discuss a potential engagement. A project begins only when the applicable commercial terms and scope are accepted through the appropriate agreement or proposal.
4. Pricing information
Prices displayed on the website are starting points or reference pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. Final implementation fees, recurring fees, third-party costs, usage charges, support terms, timelines, deliverables, and project limits depend on the approved scope.
Software subscriptions, AI usage, telephony, messaging, CRM licenses, cloud infrastructure, and other third-party costs are not included unless the applicable proposal expressly says they are included.
5. No guarantee of business results
Automation may reduce manual work, improve consistency, or support faster response when appropriately designed and operated, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside Kyravon's control. Website statements describing potential benefits are not guarantees of revenue, savings, conversion rates, uptime, customer volume, or other specific results.
6. AI and automated systems
AI systems can produce incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected outputs. Production solutions may therefore require safeguards such as validation, permissions, logging, exception handling, human review, and human handoff depending on the use case. The appropriate controls are determined by project scope and are not created merely by visiting this website.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit unlawful or abusive content, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means in a manner that unreasonably burdens the service or violates applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website's branding, copy, design, graphics, structure, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Kyravon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for legitimate informational and business purposes, but you may not reproduce, resell, republish, or create misleading derivative uses of protected materials without permission.
9. Third-party products and integrations
The website may mention third-party platforms, software, APIs, cloud services, communications providers, or other technologies. References do not imply ownership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement unless explicitly stated. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, pricing, and technical limitations.
10. Website availability and changes
Kyravon may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, content, or access for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons. Kyravon does not guarantee that the public website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing on the public site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, regulatory, or other professional advice outside the specific services expressly agreed in a client engagement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyravon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website. Any liability relating to paid client services is governed by the applicable client agreement, not these website Terms.
13. Privacy
Use of personal information associated with the public website is described in the Privacy Policy. Client engagements that involve additional data processing may include separate privacy, security, or data-processing terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
Kyravon may update these Terms when the website, business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a new version is published. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Contact
Questions about these website Terms may be sent to the current Kyravon business contact at bernardo@kyravon.com.br until the dedicated @kyravonai.com mailboxes are activated.
If a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed or accepted client document conflicts with these website Terms regarding a paid engagement, the applicable client document controls for that engagement.
