Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled through the public Kyravon website and related pre-sales or business inquiry interactions. It does not replace the privacy, security, or data-processing terms that may be included in a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, data processing agreement, or other client contract.

2. Information you choose to provide

If you use a functioning contact or automation-assessment form, contact Kyravon directly, or otherwise communicate with us about a potential project, we may receive information such as your name, work email, phone number, company, industry, team size, project type, estimated investment range, current tools, business bottleneck, and the contents of your message.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the public assessment form.

3. Technical information

When you visit the website, hosting, security, network, and content-delivery providers may process standard technical data required to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP address, browser or user-agent information, request metadata, timestamps, referring pages, and security-related signals.

The site currently uses third-party infrastructure and web resources that may receive technical information when your browser connects to them, including Cloudflare for website infrastructure and Google Fonts for typography resources.

4. How information may be used

Kyravon may use information received through the website to:

• respond to questions, assessment requests, and business inquiries;
• understand a prospective client's workflow, systems, and automation needs;
• prepare, discuss, or follow up on proposals and potential engagements;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process;
• prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or other misuse; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate business or legal interests.

The public assessment form is intended for requested business contact. It does not collect consent for marketing SMS messages.

Kyravon may use service providers for website hosting, security, email, communications, CRM, automation, analytics, or other operational functions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Kyravon and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction such as a reorganization or transfer of operations.

Kyravon does not use information submitted through the public website as a data-broker product.

6. Data retention

Kyravon aims to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business records, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, or to satisfy applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the nature of the information and the relationship involved.

Kyravon uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the website and the nature of the information involved. No internet transmission, cloud service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other treatment of personal information. Kyravon will review verified requests and respond as required by applicable law.

If a particular U.S. state privacy law applies to Kyravon's activities, any additional notices or request methods required by that law will be provided as applicable. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Kyravon does not knowingly use the public site to solicit personal information from children under 13.

10. International visitors

Kyravon may use infrastructure or service providers located in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which a visitor is located, subject to applicable legal requirements and the safeguards used by the relevant service providers.

11. Third-party websites and services

The website may reference or link to third-party products, platforms, integrations, or websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to this policy

Kyravon may update this policy when website functionality, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when a revised policy is published.

When a dedicated privacy address becomes active, this page should be updated so privacy requests can be routed directly to that mailbox.
